Sleep window
Night rhythm. Plain guidance from Dararlife.
This note is educational: habits and when to talk to a clinician.
A sleep window is a consistent bedtime and wake time most nights — cool, darker room, fewer late bright screens. It will not fix every medical sleep issue, and it is not a green light to ignore snoring, gasping, or crushing daytime sleepiness.
Think runway, not perfection. A 30-minute drift is human; a three-hour weekend reset is a different animal.
Try this
- Bedtime within ±30 minutes most nights
- Cool, dark room; quieter last hour
- Same wake time weekends (within an hour if you can)
- Snoring that worries a partner — bring it to a care visit
- Skip the “one more episode” bargain more often than you keep it
Quiet experiment: Keep sleep window small enough that skipping it feels silly — not heroic. Heroics usually fail by Thursday.
Field test
Do sleep window on the messiest day of your week, not the perfect one. Messy days are the real lab.
No cart: Dararlife will not upsell powders, boosters, or mail-order prescription theater after this note.
Keep expectations modest. Consistency beats intensity for most routine habits.
